small groupsIt's great to be part of a large worshipping community like St Paul's, but it can be hard to form close relationships in the short time we have together on Sundays. Meeting in small groups during the week to study the Bible, pray and share together provides an invaluable source of support and encouragement for many in St Paul's. There are currently nine evening and three daytime groups, meeting at various times and venues through the week, including groups for older people, new Christians, and the 20s/30s age-range. The groups loosely follow our annual three-term programme, getting involved in outreach in the autumn, focussing on discipleship in the spring and having fun in the summer. For more information about the small groups at St Paul's, please contact Jo Brayton(Small Group Co-ordinator) by leaving a message at the church office (020 8549 5444) or emailing

At St Paul¹s we have a growing student group who meet regularly to build up each other in faith and spend time socially. In 2006 the students set up Fusion Cell Groups, with members across all Kingston University campuses and would love to welcome more students to join them! This year has seen bowling trips, film evenings, meals with families from the church and many more events, including the attendance of the national Fusion weekend in Oxford. If you would like to know more you can contact Simon Easley (Student Networker) on:

is a small group where church mums of pre-school children can meet together to share and pray together to encourage each other in this busy and stressful time of life, when it can be particularly hard to make time for God. It meets in church on alternate Tuesday mornings during term time. |

St. Paul's Ramblers are a group of like-minded individuals who enjoy a good walk and good company with a nice pub lunch (or picnic, weather permitting). Usually we meet and drive to the start of the walk, sharing cars. Children and dogs are welcome. Over the years, we have covered a large area of Surrey and ventured into Sussex, so new ideas and leaders are always wanted. An average walk would be approximately 6 miles, taking 2 hours before lunch and two after, always returning before dark. Contact details below or check church noticeboards for details of the next ramble.
Please phone or email the church office for details. (020 8549 5444 or

The meeting is friendly and informal and we welcome anyone over 60 years old who lives in the Kingston area. There is an annual subscription of £5. Transport can be provided for those who have difficulty with mobility. Fortnightly on Saturdays from 11.00 to 12.00 join Evergreens for a short walk in Richmond Park as part of Kingston Walking for Health. |
